Store Policies



Terms
Standard commercial account terms are Net 20 days from invoice date. All invoices include applicable sales taxes unless either a certificate of exemption is on file or if the product is both sold to and shipped to an out-of-state entity.

Payment Methods
For product paid for at time of sale, we accept cash, check, money order, MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. For net terms invoices, we ask for payment by cash, check, or money order.

Discrepancies
Report any product shortages as quickly as possible so we can solve the problem, but no later than 1 business day after receiving delivery.

Defective Merchandise
For our remanufactured/refilled toner and inkjet cartridges, we handle all product claims directly. We also directly handle claims for most office supplies and OEM/Genuine brand toner and inkjet cartridges. Items we sell are covered by manufacturer warranties of various lengths, and due to manufacturer policies, often claims for defective products must be handled by contacting the manufacturer.

Return Policy
We want to make returns as easy as possible for you.  If you have a product you'd like to return, please call or email us to make arrangements.

Instead of an across-the-board short return policy (like many superstores have), we allow the longest feasible return period. This means that many of our product categories have very generous return periods. Some products, however, require the same stringent policies found elsewhere. Please reference the following chart for a general description of our return periods and restocking fees:
